THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS
1)      You pay for your order.
2)      You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
3)      Processing time is 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for Wigs. Processing period is extended 3-5 Business days during a sales period. 
4)      After the processing period is over, your wig will be created and fulfilled (14-21 business days). This time is extended during sales due to the increase in orders at once. But rest assured we are working at fast as possible daily to complete orders but ensure quality.
5)      You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.
6)      Your package is shipped off via UPS Mail (2-5 business days US) (6-10 business days International)

PROCESSING TIME
This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for Quality Control. It allows us to test out all hair to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and having them send out new bundles if necessary to ensure that you receive the BEST product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us.


SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

* (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
* This time does not include the processing period

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 4p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day AFTER the processing period. If you need your order expedited, please email: macwigs@yahoo.com before placing an order to see if we are able to meet your expected date of delivery. We will not be held responsible if you did not reach out to us to confirm if we are able to meet your expected date of delivery outside of the normal processing and shipping rules. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number via the email address used on your billing profile.



**Due to recent scams, unethical practices, and chargebacks, we as a company will only ship to the billing address**. If the shipping address differs from billing address the order will be cancelled...NO EXCEPTIONS!!

No Refunds and No Exchanges-NO EXCEPTIONS

All Ready to Ship/wear units will be ready to wear upon arrival. The lace on closure units will be precut unless otherwise requested.

If you are unhappy with your unit please contact me within 3 days of receiving the unit and I will work with you to resolve the issue so that you are happy with your unit but no refunds or exchanges are provided. Closure replacements will only be refunded 2 weeks after wear. After then no refund will be given. If your wig fits incorrectly we can discuss options to fix but there will be a fee in the incorrect size was sent by the client. When sending photos they are an inspiration, nothing can be exact if I am not the original stylist. If I make a sizing error I will fix at no charge. 

I reserve the right to cancel any client who does not show respect during the ordering process. Rude contact towards me will not be accepted. 

 

All clearance units are final sale. 

Custom Units- Are made as pictured within reason. When you have a specific look you want you would need to email be before you order and I can create you a custom invoice based off of your picture because adding more highlights and specifics can be an additional cost. I will accommodate changing the parting ONLY. 

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Mac Wigs, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Mac Wigs does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
